We utilize global manufacturers who specialize in certain products and combine their expertise to provide you a one stop shop. We use the Value Stream One (VSO) Methodology to drive for lower costs in all of our products.

IAG provides global sourcing of products, vendor inventory management services utilizing our warehousing and supply chain expertise to deliver products directly to your plant.

We provide procurement sourcing solutions that includes a sales and distribution center. Our partners have ownership in some of the facilities that we use, or we have long term successful relationships with others. Our partners have a number of personnel overseas involved in quality control, scheduling, and quoting. A one stop deal. We import your parts to our IAG warehouse partner and provide you with certified stock and vendor management inventory.

Prior to founding IAG in 2003, Mr. Ramfos’ history includes almost 10 years with Ford Motor Company where he held several different key positions. Most recently, he was on special assignment working for the President of International Operations and Global Purchasing to develop low cost country suppliers for various automotive components. Prior to that role, Mr. Ramfos was the North America Launch Manager for Light Duty Trucks in the Powertrain System Engineering Group, where his focus was to deliver engineering, manufacturing, and program timing to the supply base of Ford Motor Company for all trucks in North America. Additionally, he held various management positions including Program Manager with the Automotive Components Division and Production Supervisor at Ford’s Wayne Stamping Plant. Gregory’s industry experience includes: •ISO 9000 and QS-9000 (certified QS-9000 lead internal auditor) •Advanced Product Quality Planning •Engineering (Design and Release – Climate Control, Electronics and Plastics) •Manufacturing Gregory has a BS in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and a MSA General Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Larry Kaufman joined IAG as VP - Operations after spending 15 years in the automotive OEM industry at Ford Motor Company. While at Ford, Larry held numerous Engineering, Quality, Program Management and Team Value Management positions where he was directly responsible for delivery of multi-million dollar production programs, cost-savings and supplier development. Also during this time, in addition to working full time at Ford, Larry personally founded and developed several entrepreneurial ventures including: A retail bagel shop and delicatessen, a custom computer building business and an entertainment video creation business. Larry’s formal education includes a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University. He has also completed several Graduate level courses in Engineering Management and was privately tutored / mentored in areas of accounting, finance and general business acumen from a Chief Financial Officer of a multi-million dollar HMO corporation. Larry is excited to be part of a winning team at IAG, whose innovative and unique business model creates high value-add Low Cost Country procurement solutions for its customers.

Mr. Outland has over 25 years of operating, sales, and marketing experience as an engineering manager for an automotive supply company and then as president of his own business development company. In his role at the automotive supply company, Mr. Outland oversaw internal and subcontract design staff, implemented standard operating procedures, and provided superior customer support, tracking project pricing and deliverables. He directed the design, engineering, and development of manufacturing tools used to increase production throughput and quality, conducted industry seminars, and participated in industry conventions and strategy teams. At his own company, Mr. Outland identified business opportunities for client products and services and generated a client base for IT, engineering, machine tool, software, and staffing companies. He positioned clients at a competitive advantage in the marketplace by networking with key decision-makers in diverse industries, including financial, automotive, aerospace, and military. Mr. Outland received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

David Kizer is a CPA with over 18 years of experience including auditing, financial management in controller positions, large scale implementation of enterprise wide information systems (Oracle) as well as management and ownership of a small business. Starting with the Big 6 audit firm Ernst and Young he audited several companies in a wide variety of industries in the Detroit area then moved into controller positions for a electrical distribution firm that serviced the Big Three auto companies. After extensive training in Total Quality Management, including preparing both firms for QS and ISO certifications, David went on to join Koch Industries (a 50 billion dollar firm at the time) to work on a reengineering team to migrate Koch from their legacy IT system to Oracle. When the project was completed David returned to the Detroit area as the CFO of a large window treatment company, eventually starting his own window treatment company. David joined International Automotive Group as the VP of Finance in 2005 and has worked closely with Mr. Ramfos to grow IAG's global importing business.

Mr. Troiano has over 20 years automotive Body, Chassis, and Total Vehicle engineering and management experience, global and domestic, with a top automotive OEM and two Tier I suppliers. He has worked with a diverse array of materials from cast iron to plastics and manufacturing processes from metal stamping to injection molding. Mr. Troiano has a BS from Lawrence Technological Institute and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
